Customer Service
Why is it every time you call customer server - they have to apologize because their computers are running slow. How is it possible that EVERY time you call their computer is running slow!!!! Maybe they need customer service! HAHA

Back and better than EVER
Well I’m back from San Fran. A mildly exciting trip. Lots to do, not so much time, and no one to do it with. But alas saw some good stuff, ate some good food, and let’s move on. What I've learned
